Occupancy Standards
Current occupancy standards as set forth by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Oregon Revised Statutes.
- One (1) person in a studio or 0 bedroom apartment.
- Two (2) persons per bedroom.
- A child under the age of two (2) is allowed to occupy its parents bedroom
- Individual case reasonableness will apply.
