Rental Process
- We offer Rental Agreement forms to anyone who inquires about a rental with no application fee.
- We process Rental Agreements on a first come, first serve basis, and process only one agreement
at a time.
- A $150.00 non-refundable fee is required at the time of completing the Rental Agreement (fully
refundable if the rental agreement is not approved.)
- The first months rent is pro-rated and a minimum $400.00 security deposit is charged and
payable at the time you move in.
